Part 2 investigates the deliberations surrounding the repatriation of the artifacts. (Read part 1 and part 3 .) Peruvian President Alan García held a press conference on the morning of Nov. 18. He had just returned from an Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation meeting where he had met with President Barack Obama.
